The Buildco Tas Building Process

When building your new home with Buildco Tas, our friendly team explain the process step-by-step so its easy to understand.

Each and every home we build is different but the process we follow is consistent.  Our aim is to remove the unknowns for our clients and to keep them fully informed each and every step of the way from the initial obligation free meetings to the handing over of your new home.  We endeavour to make the building process enjoyable and stress free for you.

At the forefront of Buildco Tas’ approach is ongoing consultation and communication to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied with their delivery of their new home.  We want our clients to be excited about building their home and to be involved in the process as the build progresses.  It’s a special kind of feeling when we finish building your home and we love it when you’ve been on the journey with us.

The basic steps to building your new home:

Each phase builds on the last, moving from initial ideas and designs to the physical structure and finished details of a new home:

Phase 1: Planning & Design
  1. Dream & Budget: Determine your budget, style, and needs
  2. Find Land: Secure a suitable location for your new home
  3. Design & Plans: Develop floor plans and design elements for your home.  Buildco can assist in helping you to select a designer/draftsperson/architect.
